Breakfast: Low Salicylate Nutty Granola & milk
Lunch: Sushi - I didn't have any way of taking a pic, but it was YUM! I chose some with rice on the outside, and the filling was salmon, feta cheese, avocado and a wee bit of cucumber. I ate it with a few drops of soy sauce on each one. I also had a banana and a handful of cashew nuts. Note to self: must get around to learning how to make sushi!
Dinner: Simple fish parcels (hoki fillets sprinkled with Himalayan salt and dotted with butter wrapped in foil and baked) plus baked potatoes for the family, baked pumpkin for me (with sour cream) and steamed broccoli.
How I feel: Was tired during the day due to only 4 hours sleep the night before. Slept better this night, though somewhat patchily.
