Breakfast: Low Salicylate Nutty Granola & milk
I also sampled 1/2 slice of 2 Minute Oat Bread with cream cheese
Lunch: Bacon & Eggs plus a salad (lettuce leaves, hummus, avocado, grated cheese and diced roast pumpkin)
Snack: 1 small Rose apple with peanut butter
Dinner: Duck, Bacon, Leek & Pumpkin casserole with Cauliflower Mash and green beans.
How I feel: Tired as I'm not sleeping enough hours. Monday night I slept about 4 hours. But things are improving slowly as I have less exposure to my problem foods. My face is showing signs of food reaction - these days my warning sign is red spots or blotches between my eyes on lower forehead/upper nose.
