Breakfast: Nutty Granola and milk Lunch: One of my daughters wanted to create in the kitchen, so after making a batch of Carob Balls for treats, she cooked up a delicious Fried Rice for lunch and shared it with me. I had a bowl of fried rice and 1 carob ball. Snacks: I wanted to be naughty lol. So I had 1/4 of a packet of Pam's Rice Crackers (which do contain a little sugar) with some sour cream. I also ate the left-over apple from yesterday's packed lunch, with some peanut butter, shared with Miss 2 who was here. She really liked it! Dinner: Fish Parcels with green beans and potato & pumpkin mash. Reducing the potatoes and adding pumpkin instead creates a tasty and colourful mash. I hoped I would tolerate it better than I do straight potato. Dessert: 1 more carob ball |

How I feel: Good during the day, but I had very little sleep, and what I did have was fraught with nightmares. Grrr! I mostly blame the spuds in dinner, though I did have some salicylate intake too. Totally not worth having any potatoes at all!
