Breakfast: I woke up just feeling like I wanted some carbs, so I had 4 pieces of gluten free Vogels toast, spread with avocado and two of them topped with fried eggs. Really hit the spot. Of course, it does ignore the "don't combine carbs with fats" advice, but I didn't really care.
Lunch: One of my experiments, which turned out very well and received lots of complements - Baked Pumpkin Soup.
Dinner: Another experiment - following some advice from the guys my husband works with to boil duck before cooking it other ways. I made a Duck, Bacon & Onion casserole which was yummy. Served with brown rice and a salad with some Honey Mustard Dressing.
Dessert: a small slice of Raspberry Cheesecake and a taste of Lemon Cheesecake which my daughter made yesterday.
How I feel: Good! I slept really well.
