Breakfast: Buckwheat Granola & milk Lunch: Baked Pumpkin Soup with grated cheese and Greek yoghurt, some left over Sweet Potatoes to Die For, and a couple of thin rice wafers spread with cream cheese. Snacks: none Dinner: Steak, Kumara Noodles and Vege Stir-fry. Soooo good! |
Exercise: I walked into town to run errands, and walked back with the groceries etc in a backpack, so that equated to a 30 min walk with extra weight in the second half.
Other food prep: Time to go for my fortnightly grocery shopping, so I'm working on putting together more recipes and a shopping list for the next two weeks.
