Breakfast: Low Salicylate Nutty Granola with Greek yoghurt, sliced banana, and milk
Lunch: Bacon & eggs on gluten free toast plus a very weak decaf coffee
Dinner: Build your own pizza night - I laid out lots of bowls of potential toppings, and each of the four of us at home had a gluten-free pizza base to top as we like, then bake in the oven. Yum! On mine I had cream cheese spread on the base (instead of a tomato sauce), then sprinkled with onions, chopped leeks, broccoli, mushrooms, bacon, gluten-free sausage, mozzarella and Colby cheeses, and just a few baby tomato halves for looks (out of my greenhouse).
How I feel: slept very poorly, but that has more to do with the fact one of use needed to get up at 3am to go and pick someone up from the bus at 4:30 in the city; when there is a need to wake early, I always sleep badly.
