A busy day away from home for me. While the event we were attending had a catered lunch, my food sensitivities mean it's much wiser to take my own. Plus, I wanted to come home to dinner just about ready, so I got up early to make my lunch and put dinner in the crockpot.
Breakfast: Nutty Granola and milk
Lunch: I packed a container with leaf lettuce, some grated cheese and carrot, and left over roast chicken from the night before. I took a Healthy Crepe which had made the night before, into which I placed the salad and chicken at lunch time before rolling and eating. These crepes hold up really well to folding or rolling, and provide a healthy, protein-packed base for all kinds of fillings.

Snacks: a small packet of roasted cashew nuts. I packed an apple too, but didn't need it.
Dinner: Chana-Dahl Crockpot Soup with gluten-free toast and rice wafers. All I had to do when I got home was add the spinach and chicken from the fridge. Spinach and onions have moderate salicylates, but I tolerate those ok in these amounts. Onions also have low amines.

Exercise: None, except a couple of hours walking around Te Papa while I was in Wellington. The huge model soldiers and nurses in the Gallipoli exhibition are AWESOME!!
How I feel: slept really well.
